My planner/calendar are key items in my daily routine to getting anything done.

Neurologist have proven that if you think it, see it and feel it, and write it down – it deepens the encoding into memory. In fact, writing down your goals gives you over 40% chance you will achieve them. 

So as I write each day in my planner/calendar, my goals for the day, month and year are clear, and I’m able to give attention to what I want by writing down the steps to get there each day. It gives me a blue print that I can see at a glance to do the work needed to get from one step to the next.

We can wish and dream all we want, but if at some point if we don’t do the work, if it’s not on the calendar…it’s not going to get done.

You can download the calendar I’ve created for myself. It’s a combination of other proven resources like, Grant Cardone, Mel Robbins, and many others.

Each month, week, and day is broken down in sections to write out your goals and the steps needed to achieve them. It also makes note of how I feel each day and why; what can I do to feel better? What am I grateful for each day? It leads you through more than what to do, it makes you stop to reflect and make good choices for the day.

Your planner can help you to grow each day, learn, and find focus; it’s a journey to do and create the life you want.
